I became acquainted with Henry before he began his business with HnK Heating and Air when my upstairs AC had issues a few years back during the hot month of July. I was so impressed with his knowledge but also with his honesty and ethics. We were in a desperate spot and could have been taken advantage of by someone trying to sell us a unit that we didn't need. He repaired the unit instead of trying to upsell us and was able to give our unit more life at a fair price. Fast forward to this summer and we found ourselves needing to call him again. This time he had started his new business. The unit he had previously repaired was still running but our downstairs unit had now died. He was the first call I made.
